Managing Partner

Teresa Crespo, the U.S. Managing Partner and majority-owner of SanP, LLC, boasts extensive experience in business consulting, auditing management, and financial analysis. Throughout her career in the private and public sectors, she has worked with companies in the logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail industries, with revenues ranging from $500K to over $10B in sales. These companies include Ryder, Luxottica Group, Black and Decker, and Envision Healthcare, among others. 


Teresa has a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting certificates from the London School of Economics (LSE) and expertise in leadership, strategic growth initiatives, and process transformation. She has served clients in North America, Europe, and South America, including Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, and Brazil.

Managing Director Business Development

Ramon Crespo is the Managing Director of the Business Development Division with a diverse background and a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit. 


Ramon founded Chemical Transport, a chemical hauling company, in 1971 at the age of 23 and grew it into a group with several subsidiary companies including a chemical wash rack, heavy-duty maintenance, emergency prevention and response, warehousing and distribution. 


With experience in politics for the past 25 years, he has served as an international advisor to President Uribe and as a government representative on the board of directors of several state-owned companies. Now, in his semi-retired state, he has joined his daughter's company as a Business Developer, where he aims to bring people together to create lasting and beneficial business endeavors.

  • Deliver extensive and in-depth SOX 404 knowledge to provide superior audit advantage.
  • Provide audit technical knowledge to effectively transmit analysis and/or audit results in layman’s terms.
  • Serve as a liaison between external auditors and management.

Project Management


  • Provide leadership, strategic growth initiatives, and process transformation.
  • Coordinate outside consultant teams working on different company initiatives as delegated by senior management.
  • Execute interim management role in the audit fields when requested.

Fraud investigation


  • Provide assessment for areas regarding operational weakness, internal control deficiencies, and methods to prevent fraud or malfeasance.
  • Investigate to identify revenue leakages. Implement actionable plans in collaboration with key internal stakeholders. 
  • Liaison between forensic accounting and management.
